- Manage product inventories and displays in order to maximize sales/minimize lost sales.
- Research and identify parts solutions for customers - Problem Solving
- Build and execute sales plans and marketing campaigns to grow sales.
- Collaborate with all departments in the dealership to meet customer/employee needs.
- Work in all areas of the parts department as required - counter sales, shipping/receiving, warehouse etc.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven Leadership Experience - 1-3 Years experience leading a team
- Excellent communication, presentation and people skills
- Strong business/financial understanding with negotiation experience
- Outgoing personality/customer service experience/background (1-3 Years Minimum)

Part-Time Casual Pilot Truck Driver
E. Bourassa & Sons is looking to fill the role of Part-Time/Casual Pilot Truck Driver.
The position will be working out of our Weyburn location and will be driving all over Southern Saskatchewan. Our ideal candidate has lots of flexibility and can be available with little notice.
Duties Include:
- Driving an automobile in front of or behind an oversized vehicle
- Must be able to communicate effectively via 2-way radio to your heavy load driver
- Have the ability to make sure the load, as well as other traffic, is safe along the route, minimize delays and monitor potential road obstructions
