E. Bourassa & Sons $100,000 Community Development Fund

For 100 years and four generations, E. Bourassa and Sons have had the honour of serving the  Saskatchewan agriculture community. This feat is a testament to the hard-working Saskatchewan families, farmers and communities that have worked with us and supported our family’s journey since 1924.

E. Bourassa & Sons is thrilled to be celebrating 100 years in business. As a token of our appreciation for your support over the past century, we are excited to announce the E. Bourassa and Sons Community Development Fund. This fund will donate $100,000 in 2024, to local organizations that seek to drive change in their community.

Purpose

The Community Development Fund is available to assist community groups within E. Bourassa & Sons’ trade area, with new or existing projects where additional funding is needed. We will provide financial support to start something new, assist with ongoing development in the community or make large purchases currently not possible.

E. Bourassa and Sons Community Development Fund received 91 video applications, thank you to everyone who took the time to submit a video. Every group who submitted was deserving.

It was a difficult decision, but the focus was on groups that align closely with E. Bourassa & Sons' values: youth in Agriculture and Agriculture in general.

E. Bourassa & Sons selected 18 recipients from 15 different communities within our trade territory.

E. Bourassa & Sons is pleased to announce that due to the high quality of applicants, the total amount has been increased from $100,000 to $110,000 to maximize impact.
