Service Manager, Carlyle


REPORTS TO: Store Manager
LOCATION: Carlyle

E. Bourassa & Sons is looking for a Service Manager to manage our Service Department at our Carlyle location. The Service Manager is a customer service specialist who maintains a smooth operating and high performing Service Department by supporting and guiding staff while simultaneously ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction is achieved. JOB DUTIES: 

- Manage the day to day operations of the Service Department
- Work closely with the Store Manager and Corporate Service Manager to ensure
   company standards and values are being achieved
- Manage, mentor and guide a team of dedicated technicians and support staff
- Identify and support growth areas within the department
- Ensure that the highest level of customer satisfaction is consistently being achieved
- Become an expert in all aspects of the Service Department
- Maintain a strong professional relationship with all departments within the dealership
- Continuously strive for improvement in current processes and procedures


SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- Must have superior communication & customer service skills
- Ability to negotiate customer complaints to a satisfactory resolution
- Experience scheduling and planning projects
- Advanced leadership skills
- Excellent computer, organizational and follow-up skills

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

- High School Diploma or equivalent; technical or college degree an asset
- Previous managerial experience
- Experience in a dealership or retail establishment
- Previous Service Management experience an asset
- Previous Parts or Service experience an asset
- Agricultural background an asset

COMPENSATION/HOURS:
