Dealership Manager, Carlyle

REPORTS TO: General Manager

E. Bourassa & Sons is looking for a Dealership Manager to manage our Carlyle location. The Dealership Manager is primarily focused on demonstrating true leadership with vision, collaboration, trust, respect and efficiency while operating a market leading Agriculture Dealership.


- Customer Focus and high energy

- Identify new customers and revenue opportunities for the store
- Help outside sales in identifying, developing  and maintaining wholesale accounts
- Build, guide and develop a highly engaged and productive store staff
- Strive for continuous improvement in processes and procedures
- Protect and maintain the security of store assets
- Continue to maintain a store recognized for safety and appearance


- Must have previous managerial experience
- Must have superior communication & customer service skills
- Agriculture parts or service experience considered an asset
- Retail experience and Outside Sales experience considered strong assets
- Ability to negotiate customer complaints to a satisfactory resolution
- Excellent computer and organizational skills
- Ability to recruit, develop, assess, train and motivate staff to achieve store operational and
  sales targets.


- High School Diploma or equivalent; technical or college degree an asset
- Experience in a dealership or retail establishment
- Experience in parts and service an asset
- Knowledge of inventory controls, stocking levels and seasonal shifts
- Experience in an outside sales or service role growing a business in a new area
