E. Bourassa & Sons is looking for a Service Manager to manage our Service Department at our Radville location. This is a phenomenal career opportunity with a family-owned and operated company who heavily emphasizes employee satisfaction and career growth.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Manage the day to day operations of the Service Department
  • Work closely with the Store Manager and Corporate Service Manager
  • Manage, mentor and guide a team of dedicated technicians and support staff
  • Identify and support growth areas within the department
  • Ensure that the highest level of customer satisfaction is consistently being achieved
  • Maintain a strong professional relationship with all departments within the dealership
  • Continuously strive for improvement in current processes and procedures

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Must have superior communication & customer service skills
  • Ability to negotiate customer complaints to a satisfactory resolution
  • Experience scheduling and planning projects
  • Advanced leadership skills
  • Excellent computer, organizational and follow-up skills

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; technical or college degree an asset
  • Previous managerial experience
  • Experience in a dealership or retail establishment
  • Previous Service Management experience an asset
  • Previous Parts or Service experience an asset
  • Agricultural background an asset
